Individual Clients Workplace Support. Real Life Learning provide workplace support services to individuals as well as organisations and businesses. All of our assessments, coaching, training and support work that you see on the ‘Businesses’ menu is available to you. We specialise in supporting people who may have complex needs. We can liaise with your employer to help communicate your needs if required.

If you have a disability you can speak to your employer and request a Workplace Needs Assessment (we can help you do this if you find it difficult to advocate for yourself). The Assessment can be carried out in person or remotely by a professional. We are able to provide this service and can arrange it with your HR or Occupational Health department if you have one. Otherwise we can discuss it with your manager.

The Workplace Needs Assessment will include a written report with recommendations for Reasonable Adjustments to help you in your role. Your employer is required under the Equality Act (2010) to provide you with support. This may include specialist equipment, training, coaching or a support worker. We provide these services. When you receive your report we can discuss the options with you and your manager.

Support services

If you choose coaching or training services as part of your support package we are able to deliver this in person or remotely.  We know it can be hard to source in person training these days, however, Real Life Learning guarantee to provide in person training anywhere in the UK, upon request.

Funding for services

Many of our clients have services funded via their employers.  If you are employed or self employed you may be eligible for an Access to Work grant. Take a look here  to see if you may be eligible. Anyone with a disability can apply and we can advise you on this process.
