Enablement Assessments
Workplace needs assessment
This assessment is suitable for employees facing challenges at work due to conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism, epilepsy, migraines, ME, fibromyalgia.
The assessor will produce a report that includes recommendations for workplace adjustments and support interventions.

Cognitive Diagnostic assessment
A cognitive Diagnostic Assessment is a one to one meeting to determine whether an individual has a condition such as dyslexia, dyspraxia or dyscalculia.
The level 7 assessor/ psychologist will produce a report that includes recommendations for workplace adjustments and support interventions

Holistic Workplace Needs Assessment
This holistic assessment will cover multiple neurodiverse conditions and musculoskeletal issues. Providing this assessment is a positive step to improving equality, diversity and inclusion in your workplace.
We’ll listen carefully to the individual to understand their role and identify the adjustments package required to meet their needs.
The report recommendations may include strategy coaching, software/ technology and ergonomic solutions.

Enablement Training
Disability Impact Training
Disability Impact Training is designed to support a person to come to terms with and self manage a disability in the workplace.
The supportive and helpful session will work through the difficulty of having a disability and perceptions of stigma an individual may feel they have.
We will deliver personalised coping strategies throughout and encourage a positive mindset.
This session is bookable by default as a virtual one hour, or two hour session, however other durations and/or multiple sessions are available as required.
Cost: £120 per hour plus VAT.
Disability Awareness Training
Improve awareness and understanding within your company of a specific disability such as autism, ADHD, hearing loss or sight loss, or a range of disabilities. These sessions are bespoke to your company requirements and can cover the disabilities of your choice.
We go into detail about the conditions and the impact they might have on an employee’s working life. We explain that everyone is an individual and is affected differently. The session also includes awareness on workplace adjustments and legal company requirements. We’ll provide guidance to create a supportive, understanding working environment for all.

Enablement Coaching
Menopause/ peri-menopause Coaching
We offer a one-to-one consultancy service to develop personalised workplace strategies for individuals with menopausal symptoms.
Our specialist coaches spend time to gain a thorough understanding of each individual’s role and their key tasks. We listen with a sympathetic ear to the challenges being experienced.
We then suggest a range of practical coping strategies and support around stress management, time management, confidence, concentration and organisation skills that may have been impacted by perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
Cost per two hour session: £240 per hour plus VAT.
One to One Workplace Strategy Coaching
We offer one-to-one consultancy to help support people in their work. We’ll gain an understanding of roles and key tasks, and following discussions with other parties e.g., the line manager, will propose recommended practical techniques, new methods of working and helpful technology products.
This service is bookable by default as a virtual two hour session.
It is standard to book at least three strategy sessions.
Cost per two hour session: £240.00 plus VAT.
Co-Coaching with Line Manager
The aim of this co-coaching is to help an employee achieve their work duties and also to help their line manager understand their needs and learn how to best support them at work.
Your coach will make recommendations and together we will develop strategies and build a stronger working relationship.
This two hour session is delivered virtually. Should you require a different delivery method please contact us to discuss further.

Counselling/ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
A counselling session is a discussion with a trained professional that helps you explore your feelings and work through challenges. It’s a chance to talk about how you’re coping with life and what concerns you have.
